My friend and I are going to “host” a Marcia’s Makings sale on Sunday from 10-4; if you’re in the area, stop by. If not, feel free to go to the website and let me know if you want to buy a quilt or two. I’ll have pictures of towels available in the next week or so but I’m going to re-do those so that’s the reason for the delay.
I hate when websites that “offer” jobs make you pay a fee to get the job listing. The worst part is that they have some type of arrangement with the employers so that you can’t find the same job listing on the employer’s site. Bummer! I am not going to (because I can’t afford) BUY job listings! That’s just not fair!!
I’m speaking of my last former employer who is looking for a contract manager for a client. They want someone specialized in IT/software– guess who qualifies? I can’t apply for it because it isn’t on the company (the former employer) website and I won’t pay for the job listing. I don’t know who the “client” is because it isn’t shown in the ad but if I could figure it out, I would apply directly.
Actually, I’ve just thought of a tactic to try to determine the ultimate employer so I’m going to sign off!
